The selection of health informatics standards, particularly the EHR architecture and interoperability standards is quite a hard decision...We would like to get your views and experience in this thread.

Hi Andrew, thanks for pointing out - yes very interesting indeed.
This is by Thomas Beale, who is the guy behind the idea of Archetypes and the principal author of essentially all of the openEHR specifications ;) I guess he is really in a position to write such a commentary.
